Shipping & Returns
Once your order has been shipped, you will get an email sent to you with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package through the USPS
All orders ship in a box for protection.
Orders typically take between 24 and 48 hours to be processed. Please allow two to five (2-5) business days for orders to be shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from proceressing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide, please contact USPS or UPS
Once all products are available the full order will ship together.
**Please note ship dates on Pre-Orders are subject to change. There is no cancellation or refunds on Pre-Orders.
Shipping to Multiple Locations
Unfortunately, we cannot split an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
We do not ship internationally.
Returns to Sender
All shipments returned to us due to an incomplete/invalid shipping address are subject to a return shipping cost. Comic Book Quest is not responsible for return-to-sender fees. As a precaution, please make sure that all information under shipping is correct before finalizing your order.
Our policy lasts 3 days after item has been received. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days.
